About Flint
Named for the spark that starts every defense.
Flint Protective Services was founded to give Toronto businesses a security partner that actually picks up the phone — direct, accountable, and built around the property it protects.
Our Approach
Security that starts with your property, not a package.
A flint strikes a spark the instant it's needed — no warm-up, no delay. That's the standard we hold our guards to. Before a single guard is placed, we walk through your site's layout, hours, and specific risks, and build a coverage plan around what your business actually needs.
We keep our client list manageable on purpose. It means the person who sold you your contract is the same person you'll reach when something needs to change.
What We Believe
-
Presence, not just paperwork
A guard's value is in being visible, alert, and prepared — reporting is how we back that up, not a substitute for it.
-
Every site is different
A construction yard and a condo lobby need different guards with different instincts. We staff accordingly.
-
Reachable, always
Questions and changes go straight to us — not a ticket queue.
